Even after the announcement of the dates of the Lok Sabha elections, there is a screw in the seats in the Maha coalition in Bihar. Frequent meetings are happening and each party is claiming to get the maximum seats. There is a big coalition of eight parties in Bihar, which has three big parties like Congress, RJD and RLSP.
RJD leader Tejaswi Yadav is in Delhi to discuss on seat sharing stature. Other leaders, including Rashtriya Lok Samata Party (RLSP) Prewsident Umender Kushwaha, President of HAM-Jitan Ram Manjhi, will also available in this Delhi. According to sources, Congress could contest of 11, RJD 20 to 21, RLSP on 3, Mukesh Sahni’s party Vikassheel Insaan party on one to two, HAM can contest on two seats, while CPI and CPM could contest on 1-1 seat each.

04:00 PM IST– On the condition of not exposing the name, a senior Congress leader camping in New Delhi said on condition of anonymity that the problem was that we initially had demanded to contest on 15 seats in Bihar. But RJD supremo Lalu Prasad cleared that he would leave only 10 seats for us. Our party leadership could have agreed to give concession for one or two seats, but it is not possible for us to leave five seats.
02:00 PM IST- He further said that Lalu has been away from Bihar for a long time and it seems that he is not aware of the ground reality here. He is assuming that Yadav and Muslim community are going to vote for Congress and our role will be limited to reducing the caste votes.
12:00 PM IST- The Important part of this event is that RJD can give a seat to the Samajwadi party from its quota. According to sources, Samajwadi Party President Akhilesh Yadav has demanded a seat from RJD. SP candidates can contest from Jhanspur Lok Sabha constituency.
