JNU Student Najeeb Case: On Sunday, when the name changing trend was coming and using by politicians into social media as Narendra Modi changed its official Twitter account from ‘Narendra Modi’ to ‘Chowkidar Narendra Modi‘. After this, many veteran party leaders, including BJP President Amit Shah, added the word ‘Chowkidar‘ to his official Twitter account before his name. Meanwhile, JNU’s missing student Najeeb Ahmed’s mother put a question to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and said: “If you are a Chowkidar then where is my son”? She further said, “Why Abvp goons not arrested? Why did three toped agencies fail to find my son?

Earlier, adding the word ‘Chowkidar‘ in the name of his Twitter account, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had said, ‘Your Chowkidar is standing and serving the country. But I am not alone, who is fighting against corruption, dirt and social evils, That is a Chowkidar. Anyone who is working hard for the development and the advancement of India is a Chowkidar. Today every Indian is saying #MainBhiChowkidar.

What Happened on October 8, 2016 in Najeeb’s Case

On October 8, 2018, the Delhi High Court had allowed the CBI to hand over the closure report in the disappearance of JNU student Najeeb. Court ended the petition in this case filed by Najeebb’s mother Fatima Nafis. The High Court’s bench had said that Najeeb’s mother could keep her point in the lower court where the report has been filed. Fatima Nafis had applied in the High Court and requested that the court directs the police to find her son.

In fact, in September 2018, the Central Bureau of Investigation had told the Delhi High Court that till now no such evidence has been found in her investigation that shows that there is a crime. Nor has he got any such material on which to arrest those nine students or take any action on which Najeeb’s family suspects that he has only disappeared.

Concurrently, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) had told the High Court that they could stop the investigation of the disappearance of Najeeb Ahmed because he has not taken any evidence in this matter, so the closure report can be filed in the matter. , After this, the Delhi High Court allowed the CBI to file a closure report in the case.
