Luke Perry Died: Luke Perry a.k.a. Coy Luther Perry III was an American actor. He lived a good, healthy and full of love life from October 11th 1966 to March 4th 2019. He became a teen idol for playing Dylan Mckay on the popular TV series Beverly Hills, 90201 from the year 1990 to 1995, and then again from 1998 to 2000. He recently starred as Fred Andrews on the CW series Riverdale, and had guest roles on notable shows such as Criminal Minds, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, The Simpsons, and Will & Grace.
Luke Perry auditioned for 256 acting jobs in New York before getting his first acting job in the music video ‘Be Chrool To Your Scuel’ for the band Twisted Sister alongside Alice Cooper. He rose to fame when he grabbed the role for the Dylan McKay in Fox’s teen drama, Beverly Hills, 90201. He had originally auditioned for the role of Steve Sanders but got landed up with Dylan McKoy instead, and the fans loved him in the character.
Luke Perry died after suffering a massive stroke. He passed away Monday morning at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Burbank. Luke Perry’s publicist said that he died surrounded by his children Jack and Sophie, fiancé Wendy Madison Bauer, ex wife Minnie Sharp, mother Ann Benett, step-father Steve Bennett, brother Tom Perry, sister Amy Coder, and other close family and friends. He was rushed to the hospital last Wednesday morning after suffering the stroke while at his Sherman Oaks, CA home.
